Privacy Policy

Overview

This website is operated by Muhammad Afaque, an independent operator using the brand Painter Recovery System. It explains a missed-call notification service for painting contractors and lets you ask for a free missed-call report. This policy sets out exactly what is collected here and by that service, who can see it, how long it is kept, and what is never done with it.

What this site collects from you

The only form on this site is the missed-call report request. It asks for:

• name
• business name
• city
• phone number
• how many missed calls you get per week

These are the details requested by the form. The site has no accounts and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. We maintain no separate customer database. The site is hosted on Vercel. The report form is being connected to an inbox and is not receiving submissions yet — until it is, email the address in the Contact section and I will reply to your request.

What the service collects when it is used

This is separate from the form above. When a client of the service has unanswered calls forwarded to the number assigned to them, the caller's phone number reaches our system, and the person on our team handling it texts the caller back on the client's behalf.

• Only the caller's phone number is captured — not the call's audio, not what anyone says, not the caller's name or address.
• It is seen by our team, and by the client in the weekly report they receive.
• It is never shown to any other client or used by me for marketing.

How data is used

Report-form details are used for one thing: to reply to you and send the report you asked for. Caller numbers exist so our team can text the caller back on the client's behalf. Neither is used to build a mailing list, and neither is sent to any third party for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no login, no third-party embed, no chat widget, and no advertising tracker.

This site does not use Google Analytics. Hosting and font providers receive the technical requests needed to serve the site. If analytics is added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe it.

Third-party services

This site and the service behind it rely on third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Vercel — hosting this site.
• Twilio — receiving the forwarded call and delivering it to our system. No call audio is recorded. We maintain no separate customer database; caller numbers and follow-up details appear in internal messages and the client's weekly report. Twilio is used only to receive forwarded calls. Human follow-up happens outside Twilio. We do not use Twilio for outbound calls, SMS, or call recording.
• Google Fonts — the site's typeface is served from Google's font CDN, which sees your browser's request for the font file.

Data retention

• Report-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to answer your request, then deleted.
• Twilio call logs are retained according to Twilio's own retention settings.
• There is no customer database, no profile of you, and no dashboard holding your details.

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the details you submitted through the report form, and I will do that. Write to hello@painterrecoverysystem.com and say what you want removed.

For a caller's number sitting in our own records or in Twilio's call log, I will do what is technically possible on request, and I will be straight with you: Twilio's log follows Twilio's retention settings rather than mine, so a deletion request may only be partly possible. I will tell you honestly what was and wasn't done.

What is never done with your data

• No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Customer follow-up is handled by a person outside Twilio, never by a bot and never for marketing purposes. No outbound calls or SMS are sent through Twilio.
• No calls are recorded and no audio is stored anywhere.
• No customer list is built from your callers, and no number is ever ported away from you.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and material changes will be reworded here rather than hidden in a clause you can't read.
